About
Drawing on extensive analytical experience within academic research settings, I leverage spatial and survival statistical methods to drive public health initiatives. I am specifically focused on addressing HIV and oncology disparities throughout Alabama and the Deep South.
I currently serve as Clinical Database Manager II in UAB’s Center for AIDS Research (CFAR), and I am completing my Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) in Biostatistics at UAB (defended: July 2026, graduation: December 2026), with a dissertation on shared frailty models for spatial data applied to time to HIV viral suppression. My work sits at the intersection of time-to-event analysis, spatial and Bayesian statistical methods, and structural determinants of health outcomes, including a study on historical redlining and delays in HIV treatment.
